You do not need to sign up for classes aside from Gentle Yoga, Total Barre, Body Pump and Cycling. To sign up, simply reserve a spot up to 2 hours prior to class starting at the Ridge Front Desk or online by clicking here.
We offer intro classes for Yoga once a month! Intro to Yoga happens every second Saturday of the month at 10:15 am. Please remember to bring a mat for class.
