We design fitness plans for each client and offer private, semi-private, and small group training to meet your needs.

Consultations

All regular, new members receive 2 consultations with a personal trainer. Consultations will help establish fitness goals, provide recommendations, and give workout instructions to help get your workouts on track. Still haven’t joined?

Rates

One on one personal training sessions start at:

$65 for a full session 
$45 for an express session

Introductory Packages are also available for new members or new personal training clients. Ask membership for details.
