Yes! We offer over 500 live and virtual classes weekly at our Fallon location. Check out our class schedules to see what classes might work best for you! 

Yes.  Sign up for classes via our app or online through our member portal. You may reserve a spot 24 hours prior to the start of a class. 

Yes, both locations are included!  Please keep in my mind you must be 14 years or older to access our Downtown location .

Yes. We love helping people find their footing on the fitness floor. All new adult members receive two consultations with one of our certified personal trainers to help you get comfortable in the facility and with our equipment. If you’re looking for additional help, we offer personal as well as small group training options.  Check out our options for training.

The Ridge maintains adult only hours reserved for members 14 years or older to use the facility. 

Yes, lockers are available for rent at our Fallon location. You may rent a small locker for $12 per month. Large lockers may be available, inquire with membership services.  Both locations offer large day-use lockers for your convenience.

Childcare is available at an additional cost, however, members receives a discounted rate.  Care for children under 18 months is reserved for members only.  See additional information here.

Kids can access the fitness floor at 14 years old, provided they go through a minor orientation with one of our trainers. Under 14 years of age, children have access to the swimming pool, racquetball courts, and basketball court during family friendly hours.

We strive to maintain our pools at the highest standards of cleanliness and warmth to ensure the comfort of our members. Our main pool is kept at a comfortable 85°F, the therapy pool at 90°F, and the hot tub at 104°F.  

Our pool is 20 yards in length. It takes 44 laps—or 88 lengths—to complete one mile.

We offer a wide range of aquatic programs, including:

Children under 14 have access to the swimming pool, racquetball courts, and basketball court during family friendly hours with adult supervision.  Please note that member basketball games may be going on during these times. See Family-Friendly schedule.

Yes! All standard memberships can be frozen from 1 to 6 months. During that time your membership fee is reduced to $10, $15, or $20 for a single, couple, or family membership respectively. To freeze your membership give us a call at 406-582-6190, email us at membership@ridgeathletic.com, or stop by in person.
