Welcome everyone to your first week to a 5k! I am so excited to work with you and cannot wait to meet everyone. There was an introductory meeting last night and if you were unable to attend, I have a sheet to hand out to you. Tomorrow evening September 26th is our first run! We will meet just inside the front doors of The Ridge at 5:30pm. Come prepared to work out!

Trainer Tip: This week will be hard because many of you have never run before. You may be feeling anxious and overwhelmed but don’t give up. The best thing you can do is start out nice and easy and find a running partner to help motivate you!
