Hey everyone! So sorry I didn’t get this posted yesterday!
Try to make sure you are sticking to the workout program, as next week we will be reversing the times and running for two minutes. If you are keeping up with the workouts on the days we don’t meet, our group run will be that much easier for you! Remember, this is class is here for you to push yourself, especially if you’re a first-time runner or this is your first 5k! Here are the workouts for next week (Oct.1):

Trainer Tip: Try to do your runs outside if you can! Huffing for Stuffing will be held outside and it will help prepare you for the day of the 5k AND our group runs!
