Hey Everyone!! Hope your week of running has continued to be successful, Tuesday was great everyone pushed themselves and worked hard. It seems as Winter is coming, forecast shows temperature at 55 degrees next Tuesday. We will be outside so be prepared. Week three we are running/jogging longer and our recovery walk time is shorter, do what you can, but challenge yourself and do not give up!

Trainer Tip:Stop thinking negatively, take Can’t and to tired out of your vocabulary! You can do it!!!
