Hello and welcome everyone! This blog is where you will be able to find your workout plan for the upcoming week.  We will post every Sunday!  Remember the informational meeting is tomorrow at 5:45pm downtown and 6:00pm at the Fallon location.  We hope to see everyone there and will explain a lot more about how the program is run and how to use the blog!  You can always leave comments on this blog or email any of the instructors; we will give out our emails at the meeting and they will also be put on the next blog post.  We hope you’re all as excited as we are, see everyone tomorrow!
