Whether you’re training for the Olympics, the local 5K, or recovering from an injury, our highly qualified personal trainers are as focused on your goal as you are. We design customized fitness plans for each client, and offer both private and semi-private appointments on a regular or periodic basis.

Our staff of personal trainers are degreed in a variety of disciplines, including kinesiology, human performance, nutrition, psychology and exercise science and are certified from the top organizations in the country, such as the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

All new, adult, regular members receive 2 consultations with a personal trainer. Consultations will help establish fitness goals, provide recommendations, and give workout instructions to help get your workouts on track. Must be used within first 6 months of joining the Ridge.

One on one personal training sessions start at:

$65 for a full session (55 minutes)
$45 for an express session (25 minutes)

Introductory Packages are also available for new members or new personal training clients. Ask membership for details.

Small Group Training

Combine personal training with group fitness for a dynamic workout experience. Group training blends the individualized attention of your own personal trainer with the motivation and affordability of a small group setting.

There are two different ways to get involved:

  1. Form your own group of four athletes or less and hire a trainer to fit your needs.
  2. Join one of our exciting groups, conveniently offered several times a day. With offer four different levels, we can place you in a group in your ability range. Contact our fitness director to get started!
