What are the Ridge Kids Playzone Hours?

We are pleased to be able to provide your kids with a safe and clean environment. Our playzone is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Ridge Kids is closed on Sunday.

is there anyone who can help me get started or help me with a fitness routine?

Yes! Each new member receives 2 consultations with one of our certified personal trainers to help you get comfortable with the facility and equipment.

What are your peak Hours?

Peak hours are from 5:15-8am, 12-1pm, and 5-7pm on weekdays. During these hours the club experiences its highest usage, but you should not have to wait for a piece of equipment.
