Mind/Body
Our Mind/Body studio is designed to provide our members with some of the best group exercise programs in the Gallatin Valley. Enjoy our many levels of yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes in the relaxing atmosphere of this studio.

Aquatic
Water exercise is outstanding for those looking for added resistance to their workout regime. The buoyancy of the water also makes it ideal for individuals who may be rehabbing from an injury.
Blackmore Studio
This studio is designed specifically to enhance group cycling workouts. A dramatic, theatrical design enables participants to devote their focus on the task ahead. Over 40 Keiser M3 bikes and top-of-the-line audio setups are available in the studio. Participants can utilize both live and Les Mills virtual cycling classes within the studio.
Bridger Studio
This studio is where all of the action-packed, high energy classes like Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba, and Body Attack take place. This spacious room with high tech lighting and audio equipment provides an energetic boost to your workouts. Les Mills virtual and live classes are held in the Bridger Studio.
Mind & Body Studio
With soft lighting, muted wall colors, wood flooring, warmer temperatures, and quality audio, the Ridge Mind & Body studio welcomes calmer workouts, like Yoga, Pilates and Barre. It is the perfect place to relax, de-stress, and focus on your physical and emotional health.
