Originally from Dillon, Montana, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors with my dogs, and staying active through sports and fitness. I believe in living an active lifestyle and making time for the people and activities that matter most.
I became a personal trainer after my years of playing sports, using fitness as a way to stay in shape and continue challenging myself. I’m passionate about helping others build strength and confidence through lifelong fitness, with a focus on hypertrophy and strength training. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and creating a supportive, social environment that makes training both effective and enjoyable.
