Born and raised right here in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. Jen's spent more than 40 years in the fitness industry and has always embraced an active lifestyle. When she's not at the gym, she enjoys spending time outdoors, attending sporting events and making memories with family and friends.
Jen's passion for personal training grew from her own experiences as a competitive runner and triathlete, where she worked closely with trainers and learned firsthand how proper coaching improves performance and aids recovery from injuries. As a trainer, she specializes in cardio and strength training, core conditioning, weight loss, small group training and helping women successfully navigate fitness through perimenopause and menopause. Jen is also an indoor cycling instructor and a head coach for the Ridge's Tribe Team Training program.
