Originally from the Seattle, Washington area, JC loves to travel, try new foods, play basketball, and try new sports and physical activities. He believes that anyone can begin their fitness journey by finding the type of activities and exercise that they enjoy and can see themselves doing for life.
JC became a personal trainer after his competitive basketball career that was ended early due to injuries. He has undergone five knee surgeries, an ankle surgery, and a hip surgery, giving him lots of experience with physical limitations and overcoming them. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on physical activity, inspiring him to help others live healthy, physically capable lives where they can enjoy their favorite activities forever. He specializes in general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, and knee rehabilitation.
