Cyndy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and went on to acquire 11 advanced certifications as an Advanced Medical Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, Group Fitness Coach and coordinator, and Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist. She is currently pursuing additional advanced studies of the brain and nervous system. Her career began over 35 years ago as Aerobic and Fitness Director at the Aspen Club Fitness and Sports Medicine Club, where she built an award-winning group fitness program from scratch and introduced Pilates to Aspen, Colorado. After a debilitating injury, her own physical therapy led her to a career turn where she began focusing on injury prevention, post-PT conditioning, and the over-50 population that the industry often overlooks. She specializes in all spine conditions and joint replacements, strength and balance training for the over 50 population, as well as neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and strokes. Her vision is straightforward: to shift the entire focus away from quick fixes and magic bullets toward sustainable lifestyle and fitness skills and habits that hold up at every stage of life no matter what the circumstances.
Cyndy enjoys mountain biking, snow skiing and hiking with her friends in these beautiful mountains of Montana. She also enjoys contributing to online fitness magazines.
