An indoor cylcing class based on outdoor terrain. Rides are categorized as intervals, free ride, and power. Our monthly schedule is posted in the cycling room. Please bring water and a towel. Sign-up is required prior to class.

Offered periodically throughout the year (see schedule). These basic classes are designed for participants who would like to try something new. Instructors will explain the general flow of the class and then explain the most common moves while answering questions.
This mat-based class will teach you to decrease stress on your joints by applying alignment principles to every activity.
Strengthen while stretching your powerhouse muscles: abs, gluteals, and low back muscles. This class will improve your alignment, coordination, stability, and balance.
• Power Pilates: Use of props such as balls, bands, rollers, and rings mixed with traditional Pilates. Expect a challenge using your powerhouse core.
• Multi-Level Pilates: Variety of intensity options given for beginner to advanced. Props can also be used in this class.
• Pilates Fundamentals: Hone the basic skills and principles of Pilates to work deeper in the core and create quality movement.
This class focuses on improving functional skills required for everyday activities. Varied exercises may focus on cardio, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Beginners are welcome!
Have fun and move to the music through a varienty of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A high energy, active yoga class that uses a flowing series of poses to create heat. Designed as a multi-level class, each participant moves at their own pace. Prepare to sweat and be energized!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
A fast moving powerful vinyasa yoga flow class focusing on alignment, transitions, strength training and deep openings.
Strength and Flow Vinyasa Yoga
A fast-moving, powerful vinyasa yoga class that incorporates light weights, plyometrics, & core work.
Hatha Flow Yoga
A fast moving breath to move flow working through groupings of poses. Moderate to vigorous exercise level; prior Intro to Yoga/Level 1 Yoga recommended.
This calm class focuses on gentle repetitive movement to increase range of motion and joint mobilization. Gentle yoga is ideal for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, physical limitations or anyone preferring to simply move at a slower pace. All levels are welcome and modifications are provided. Please inform the instructor if you have any physical concerns.
Yoga Level 1
Beginners welcome! This class focuses on the basic poses of yoga and moves at a slower pace than the Multi-level practice. Detailed instruction is given on alignment, breath control, and functional movement. This class is especially informative for those who are new to yoga. Expect to increase your flexibility and enhance your relaxation response. Pose modifications are provided.
Increase your strength, flexibility and stamina with an active yoga practice. A variety of options are given throughout the class to allow individual participants to work at their preferred intensity level. Know your limits and expand your potential! Yoga Intro and/or Level I Yoga is recommended for beginners.
