Hello everyone! Hopefully everyone’s homework went well this past week!  As we progress in the program and add minutes to our running portion, do what you can but remember to try to push yourself!  Also, if anyone has to miss class one week there is always the option to try and make it to the other class in order to get your group run in for the week!

Here are your workouts for the coming week:

 

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday
Class / 20 mins cardio of your choice at moderate intensity Walk for 30 minutes Class / 20 minutes cardio of your choice at moderate intensity Run & Walk

Run 2 min and walk 1 minute   repeat 10x

Walk, elliptical, bike, etc. for 30 minutes Run & Walk

Run 2 min and walk 1 minute   repeat 10x
